CONSEILLER TÉLÉPHONIQUE (F/H)
Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client,un acteur de la santé depuis plus de 30 ans, plusieurs chargé(e)s de relation clients, 4 téléconseillers (ères)
Vous aurez pour mission, sous la responsabilité sur votre chef de plateau,
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques des prescripteurs/patients
- Rassurer l'interlocuteur sur la prise en charge de sa demande
- Traiter les demandes entrantes (téléphone, mail) et saisir informatiquement les informations nécessaires à la bonne gestion opérationnelle
- Apporter des réponses adaptées en fonction des demandes
- transmettre en interne le dossier afin d'assurer la suite du dossier Vous avez une première expérience sur un poste de conseiller clientèle (F/H), idéalement dans le secteur médical ou de la santé
Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et au téléphone
Vous êtes rigoureux, empathique, vous savez gérer votre stress face à des problématiques humaines, votre cv nous intéresse; N'hésitez pas à nous le transmettre!
