Software - Projektmanager (MERN-Stack) (m,w,d)

Für den Ausbau unseres Softwareteams suchen wir Unterstützung am Standort Aachen.
Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Softwareprojekten im MERN-Stack
- Technische und organisatorische Betreuung von Kundenprojekten – von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur erfolgreichen Auslieferung
- Direkte Abstimmung mit Kunden sowie Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische Konzepte und konkrete Entwicklungsaufgaben
- Selbstständige Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung kundenspezifischer Softwarelösungen
- Koordination von Projektbeteiligten sowie Überwachung von Terminen, Budgets und Qualitätszielen
- Priorisierung und Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben, Anforderungen und Fehlerbehebungen
- Durchführung von Tests, Qualitätssicherung und technischer Dokumentation
- Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme und Einführung neuer Funktionen
- Bearbeitung technischer Supportanfragen sowie Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Anwendungen, Entwicklungsprozesse und Systemarchitekturen
- Regelmäßige Kommunikation des Projektfortschritts gegenüber Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. Qualifikation
- Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit dem MERN-Stack (MongDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
- Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Leitung und Umsetzung von Softwareprojekten
- Sicherer Umgang mit JavaScript bzw. TypeScript sowie modernen Webtechnologien
- Erfahrung mit REST-APIs, Datenbanken, Git und gängigen Entwicklungs- und Deploymentprozessen
- Fähigkeit, Kundenanforderungen strukturiert aufzunehmen und in technisch sinnvolle Lösungen zu überführen
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie ein professionelles und verbindliches Auftreten
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und technischen Teams
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben und Projekte zuverlässig zu priorisieren
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine pragmatische Herangehensweise an technische Herausforderungen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft, neben Entwicklungs- und Projektleitungsaufgaben auch technische Supportthemen zu übernehmen
- Erfahrung in Python, Java oder C++, Parallelen/Async Prozessen/Systemen, im Umgang mit Mikro-PCs/Controllern, in den Grundlagen der Elekrotechnik und Hands-on-Mentalität sind von Vorteil
