Bavarian Capital is adding a Project Administrator to support our ongoing coordination efforts for a major engagement with a leading Spanish telecommunications provider. This role ensures that our internal processes remain organized and that project timelines are managed with the precision our partners expect. By focusing on administrative clarity, you help maintain the high standards of documentation and scheduling that define our firm.

About the role
As a Project Administrator, you will serve as a central point of coordination for the team, handling the logistical and administrative tasks that keep our projects moving forward. You will work closely with project leads to track progress, update documentation, and facilitate clear communication across different workstreams. This is an entry level position designed for someone who is highly organized and wants to start a career in project management within a professional investment firm. The role is fully remote, requiring a professional who can manage their tasks independently while staying connected with a distributed team.

What you will do
  • Maintain and update project schedules to ensure all milestones are recorded and visible to the team.
  • Organize and manage digital files and documentation related to the Spanish telecommunications engagement.
  • Prepare regular status reports that summarize project progress for internal reviews and meetings.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and ensure that all participants have the necessary materials and agendas beforehand.
  • Track project expenses and administrative tasks to assist with budget oversight and record keeping.
  • Assist with the drafting of internal updates to keep all team members informed of project developments.
  • Monitor project timelines to identify any potential delays early in the process and report them to leads.
  • Update internal databases and project management tools to reflect the most current information.

What we are looking for
  • A background in business administration, management, or a related field of study.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Basic familiarity with standard project management tools and documentation software.
  • A methodical approach to work with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote environment.
  • A reliable and professional attitude toward meeting deadlines and following internal instructions.
  • Proficiency in standard office applications for documentation, data entry, and scheduling.

What we offer
  • A permanent, full-time position within a stable and respected investment firm.
  • A fully remote working arrangement that supports professional autonomy and focus.
  • Competitive pay that reflects the responsibilities of the role and the current market.
  • Opportunities for professional development and learning within the project management field.
  • A professional home where your contributions to project efficiency are recognized.
  • Access to modern tools and systems that support reliable remote collaboration.
  • A calm and focused working environment free from the distractions of a traditional office.
  • The chance to work on large scale projects with significant international partners.

Working at Bavarian Capital

This approach extends to how we manage our team, offering a high degree of professional autonomy and a clear, remote first structure. We believe that by providing a stable and respectful environment, our team members can focus on their craft and produce their best work. This role is a chance to start a career in an organization that values clarity, thoughtful decision making, and the sustainable growth of its people and its projects. We prioritize steady progress over short term trends, ensuring that every member of our team has a reliable and predictable path forward.
