TECHNICIENS SÉDENTAIRES CONNECTÉS (F/H)

Notre client est une entreprise spécialisée dans l'activité respiratoire et perfusion nutrition diabète située à Carré de Soie proposant des services de conseil auprès des patients ayant acheté le matériel commercialisé par la société. En tant que Technicien Respiratoire Sédentaire (F/H) vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes en distanciel (relation client par téléphone et visio) :
- Gestion des e-visite : suivi de l'utilisation du matériel auprès des patients
- gestion du suivi de la prise en main du matériel : contacter les patients au bout de 7 jours et 15 jours d'utilisation pour lever les freins d'utilisation et optimiser l'utilisation du matériel
- gestion du traitement de alertes
- modification de réglages à distances
- gestion du back-office lié aux informations obtenues ou diffuser aux patients
Vous aurez l'objectif de gérer 22 contacts/jour. Vous devez être titulaire d'un Bac et avoir au moins 1 année d'expérience en relation avec de la patientèle.
Vous travailler de près ou de loin dans l'univers médical ou vous avez une solide expérience de la relation client par téléphone, alors cette offre vous correspond parfaitement!
salaire : 2167€ brut/mois
Horaire : amplitude horaire du lundi au vendredi de 8h à 18h30 (en fonction de d'un planning)
