Are you passionate about the intersection of AI and developer relations? NVIDIA is seeking a dedicated Developer Relations Account Manager, Generative AI, to be part of our dynamic team in Japan. This is an outstanding opportunity to engage with the developer ecosystem, using NVIDIA's powerful AI technology to solve complex, real-world challenges. What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and sustain profound technical knowledge in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI Models for multimodality data & models.

  • Act as the reliable technical consultant and advocate for the developer community in SovereignAgentic AI, promoting the use of NVIDIA technologies.

  • Demonstrate and integrate NVIDIA’s software stack into partner products, accelerating critical workloads.

  • Provide technical resources to guide partners through onboarding and integration, encouraging co-innovation of next-generation solutions.

  • Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to detect growth opportunities and improve partner adoption strategies.

  • Engage partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations and resolve technical challenges, channeling field insights back to NVIDIA product teams.

  • Collaborate with various teams including engineering, product management, and marketing to inform roadmaps and strategies.

  • Travel occasionally to meet with partners and ensure their success with NVIDIA’s technologies.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 12 years working in technology, including more than 5 years specializing in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and VLM for Enterprise-scale ISV software projects.

  • Proven experience leading and scaling developer programs at major technology companies.

  • Significant technical depth in AI software for smart cities, healthcare, citizen services, robotics, cloud, and AI/ML.

  • Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams, including architectural development and technical mentorship.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Hands-on experience with software architecture build and programming.

  • Passion for AI, continuous learning, and empathy for developers.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience crafting or optimizing vertical-specific technical solutions using Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLMs, and VLM.

  • Hands-on familiarity with NVIDIA AI platforms & frameworks such as NEMO Framework, TRT, TRITON, and CUDA.

  • Skilled in developing systems to measure developer sentiment and track market trends.

  • Expertise in translating real-time ecosystem dynamics into actionable intelligence for product strategy.

  • Background in cloud-based solution designing, APIs, microservices, and data migration techniques.
