Nous sommes à la recherche d'un représentant des ventes dynamique pour développer notre présence dans la région de Montréal. Il s'agit d'un poste sur la route axé sur le développement des affaires, la prospection et la croissance des comptes existants.
Responsabilités principales
• Développer et gérer un territoire de vente dans la grande région de Montréal
• Prospecter de nouveaux clients par visites, appels, références et réseautage
• Développer des relations à long terme avec les acheteurs, propriétaires et gestionnaires
• Présenter et vendre notre gamme de produits alimentaires spécialisés
• Participer aux lancements de nouveaux produits et aux programmes promotionnels
• Développer les ventes auprès de la clientèle existante
• Assurer le suivi des activités de vente et des opportunités de croissance
• Identifier les tendances du marché et les opportunités d'affaires
Qualifications recherchées
• Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en ventes externes B2B
• Expérience dans l'alimentation, la distribution ou les produits de consommation (atout)
• Capacité démontrée à développer de nouveaux comptes
• Excellentes habiletés de communication et de négociation
• Personne autonome, motivée et orientée vers les résultats
• Permis de conduire valide
• Bilinguisme français et anglais

Outside Sales Representative – Food Distribution (Montreal)
Location: Greater Montreal Area

CTS Food Brokers Inc. is a growing food distribution company supplying specialty food products to independent grocery stores, specialty retailers, and distributors across Quebec and Ontario.
We are looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our presence throughout the Greater Montreal Area. This is a field-based role focused on business development, prospecting, relationship building, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and grow a sales territory within the Greater Montreal Area
• Prospect new customers through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and networking
• Build long-term relationships with store owners, buyers, and key decision-makers
• Present and sell our portfolio of specialty food products with confidence
• Manage pricing discussions, promotions, and new product launches
• Grow existing accounts and increase sales volume
• Track sales activity, customer opportunities, and performance using CRM and digital tools
• Work closely with operations and customer service to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience
• Experience in food distribution, foodservice, grocery, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is considered a strong asset
• Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Organized with strong time management skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Bilingual (English and French) required
