Administrative Assistant

Role Description The Administrative Assistant role is a full-time, remote position providing administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance. The role involves answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and supporting executive leadership with administrative needs. The Administrative Assistant will also coordinate communication between internal teams, assist with preparation of reports, and maintain accurate documentation to support the companyâs sales and service activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including organizing documents, managing schedules, and handling data entry.
- Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, including professional telephone handling and clear written and verbal communication.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as supporting leadership with meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and confidential information management.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar tools) and basic database or CRM usage.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, medical device, or sales support settings is beneficial.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
