Estamos en búsqueda de tu talento como AUXILIAR DE CONTROL MANTENIMIENTO PREVENTIVO Objetivo
Administrar y facilitar las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo a través del software designado con la intención de guiar de forma organizada los recursos humanos, financieros, materiales y tecnológicos disponibles en pro de los objetivos del departamento, así como las necesidades del hotel. Responsabilidades
Registrar las llamadas con reportes de reparación, mantenimiento o necesidades que surgen de todas las áreas del hotel, para distribuir y asignar un responsable para la respectiva solución, así como documentar el tiempo de respuesta a dicha solicitud. Mantener actualizados los inventarios con máximos y mínimos del almacén de mantenimiento, así como elaborar las ordenes de compra para evitar faltantes de refacciones, equipo y material conforme al presupuesto. Dar de alta en el sistema MP8 los reportes de mantenimiento entregados para reportar al Gerente de Mantenimiento del avance conforme a lo programado y en su caso tomar las medidas necesarias para alcanzar los objetivos programados. Elaborar las órdenes de compra con la finalidad de contar con las refacciones, equipo y material en tiempo y así facilitar el desarrollo de los programas de mantenimiento preventivo. Requisitos Licenciatura en Administración, Turismo, etc Experiencia de 1 año en funciones administrativas.
