Verkoper bij MediaMarkt Leidschendam
Een goede televisie verkoop je niet alleen met technische specificaties. Je ontdekt waar iemand écht van geniet: meeslepende films, spannende wedstrijden of urenlang gamen. Vervolgens laat jij zien welke televisie en soundbar daarbij passen.
Als Verkoper voor één van de grootste elektronica merken bij MediaMarkt Leidschendam Mall of the Netherlands ben jij het gezicht van de shop-in-shop. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid, professionele training en een salaris van € 2.750 tot € 3.000 bruto per maand. En met een ongelimiteerde bonus geldt: hoe meer je verkoopt, hoe meer je verdient.
Je komt in dienst bij CPM Benelux. Wij helpen bekende merken om op de winkelvloer zichtbaar, relevant en succesvol te zijn. Jij doet dat voor een wereldwijd elektronicamerk dat met innovatieve technologie het dagelijks leven beter en leuker maakt.
Wat bieden wij jou als Verkoper?
- Een salaris van € 2.750 tot € 3.000 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring;
- Een ongelimiteerde bonus op basis van jouw verkoopresultaten;
- Een dienstverband van 24 tot 40 uur per week, met een voorkeur voor 40 uur;
- Een tijdelijk contract van zeven maanden met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband;
- 100% vergoeding van je reiskosten met het openbaar vervoer of € 0,23 per kilometer met eigen vervoer;
- Vakantiegeld, vakantiedagen en deelname aan onze pensioenregeling;
- Een uitgebreide sales- en producttraining tijdens je onboarding;
- Persoonlijke coaching en begeleiding van je fieldmanager;
- Doorgroeimogelijkheden naar bijvoorbeeld Fieldcoach of Field Accountmanager of andere leuke functies binnen Cosine.
Wat ga je doen als Verkoper?
Jij runt zelfstandig de shop-in-shop binnen MediaMarkt Leidschendam Mall of the Netherlands. Dat betekent dat je verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de presentatie, de merkbeleving én de verkoopresultaten van de mooiste televisies en soundbars.
Je gaat:
- Actief in gesprek met klanten en achterhaalt wat zij belangrijk vinden;
- Klanten adviseren over de televisie en soundbar die het beste bij hun wensen passen;
- Zorgen dat de shop-in-shop er iedere dag verzorgd en uitnodigend bij staat;
- Commerciële kansen herkennen en gericht werken aan jouw verkoopdoelen;
- Goed samenwerken met de medewerkers van MediaMarkt en de verkopers van andere merken;
- Een ervaring creëren waar klanten graag voor terugkomen.
Wat verwachten wij van jou?
Jij maakt gemakkelijk contact, luistert goed en krijgt energie van adviseren en verkopen. Je hoeft nog geen expert in televisies of soundbars te zijn: tijdens je onboarding leren we je alles wat je over de producten moet weten.
Verder:
- Heb je ervaring met verkoop óf overtuig je ons met sterk commercieel talent;
- Ben je enthousiast, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht;
- Spreek je vloeiend Nederlands;
- Ben je tussen de 24 en 40 uur per week beschikbaar;
- Ben je beschikbaar om in het weekend te werken;
- Woon je in of rondom Leidschendam, zodat je de winkel gemakkelijk kunt bereiken.
Ervaring met consumentenelektronica is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Jouw persoonlijkheid, commerciële aanleg en bereidheid om te leren vinden we belangrijker.
Sollicitatieprocedure
- Na je sollicitatie ontvang je binnen enkele werkdagen een reactie;
- We beginnen met een korte telefonische kennismaking;
- Daarna spreken we elkaar via Teams;
- In het tweede en laatste digitale gesprek maak je kennis met de team manager.
