Aufgaben
In dieser Funktion sind Sie ein wichtiger Teil unserer engagierten Teams in dem Würth Shop in Pratteln. Wir suchen eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit einem ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsgedanken:
- Sie überzeugen unsere Kunden durch kompetente Gespräche, um deren Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen und Verkäufe zu generieren.
- Sie erfassen Bestellungen im System und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf sowie die Verwaltung von Waren und Lagerbeständen.
- Sie führen Büroarbeiten durch, um den reibungslosen Betrieb des Würth Shops sicherzustellen.
- Sie setzen Aktionen um und achten auf die Einhaltung der Vorgaben, um Umsatz und Erfolg des Shops zu steigern.
- Sie wirken bei Kundenevents mit, unterstützen Inventuren und nehmen an Sitzungen teil, um die Weiterentwicklung des Shops voranzutreiben.
Voraussetzungen
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Detailhandelsfachfrau/-mann EFZ im Bereich Eisenwaren o.ä.
- Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und eine freundliche Persönlichkeit sind Teil Ihrer Professionalität im Kundenkontakt
- Ihre ausgeprägte Verkaufsmentalität und der Wille, stets die Extra-Meile zu gehen, machen Sie zu einem motivierten und erfolgreichen Verkaufsprofi
- SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil und ermöglichen Ihnen eine effiziente Abwicklung der Geschäftsprozesse
