Fullstack Web Developer (Senior)

Als Senior Fullstack Web Developer bij Divotion neem jij inhoudelijk het voortouw in complexe webdevelopmentvraagstukken. Je helpt organisaties met schaalbare, toekomstbestendige front-end oplossingen en hebt directe invloed op architectuur, codekwaliteit en teamontwikkeling. Je combineert diepgaande technische expertise met sterke adviesvaardigheden richting klanten.
Jouw rol
Je werkt aan strategische webdevelopmenttrajecten bij toonaangevende klanten, waar performance, schaalbaarheid en onderhoudbaarheid cruciaal zijn. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen hands-on development en inhoudelijk advies en bent een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor developers, product owners en technische besluitvormers.
Wat ga je doen?
- Ontwerpen en implementeren van enterprise-grade webarchitecturen
- Ontwikkelen van complexe front-end applicaties met Angular en/of React
- Integreren van front-end oplossingen met enterprise backends (bijv. Java of .NET)
- Werken met TypeScript, moderne state management- en build-oplossingen
- Inzetten van cloudplatformen, Docker en DevOps-tooling
- Adviseren over architectuurkeuzes, CI/CD, tooling en best practices
- Uitvoeren van code reviews en coachen van collega-developers
- Samenwerken met backend-, UX- en DevOps-specialisten op architectuurniveau
- Bijdragen aan thought leadership binnen Divotion (kennissessies, blogs, events)
- HBO+/WO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Fullstack of Senior Web Developer
- Diepgaande kennis van Angular en/of React
- Aantoonbare ervaring met minimaal één backendtaal (zoals Java of .NET)
- Ruime ervaring met TypeScript en moderne front-end architecturen
- Sterke visie op kwaliteit, schaalbaarheid en onderhoudbaarheid
- Ervaring met cloud-omgevingen en moderne deployment- en CI/CD-tools
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en advieskracht
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Salaris tot €6.000 bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur), afhankelijk van kennis, ervaring en senioriteit
- Mobiliteitsbudget van €825 per maand of een leasebudget van €925
- Bonus- en pensioenregeling
- Mogelijkheid om 32–40 uur per week te werken

- Uitgebreid persoonlijk ontwikkelprogramma (soft skills, coaching en inhoudelijke groei)
- Trainingen en opleidingen op maat
- Deelname aan conferenties, beurzen en kennissessies (o.a. Frontmania)
