Senior Front-end Developer (Angular)

Als Senior Front-end Developer bij Divotion ben jij inhoudelijk richtinggevend binnen Angular-trajecten. Je helpt organisaties met complexe front-end vraagstukken en tilt architectuur, schaalbaarheid en codekwaliteit naar enterprise-niveau.
Je combineert technische diepgang met adviesvaardigheden en neemt eigenaarschap in klantomgevingen waar kwaliteit en lange termijn onderhoud centraal staan.
Wat ga je doen?
Je werkt aan strategische Angular-trajecten bij klanten waar performance, schaalbaarheid en onderhoudbaarheid cruciaal zijn. Je fungeert als technisch sparringpartner voor zowel developers als stakeholders.
Concreet:
- Ontwerpen en realiseren van enterprise-grade Angular architecturen
- Opzetten en bewaken van front-end standaarden en design systems
- Adviseren over tooling, CI/CD, testingstrategie en performance-optimalisatie
- Reviewen van code en coachen van collega-developers
- Samenwerken met backend, UX en DevOps op architectuurniveau
- Actief bijdragen aan knowledge sharing binnen Divotion (kennissessies, events)
- HBO+/WO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring als Angular Front-end Developer in complexe omgevingen
- Diepgaande expertise in Angular (architectuur, state management, RxJS)
- Sterke ervaring met TypeScript en component-based development
- Ervaring met testing frameworks (bijv. Jest, Playwright, Vitest)
- Ervaring met moderne build- en deployment pipelines
- Affiniteit met cloud-omgevingen
- Je communiceert helder en adviseert overtuigend
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Salaris tot €6.000 bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur), afhankelijk van kennis, ervaring en senioriteit
- Mobiliteitsbudget van €825 per maand of een leasebudget van €925
- Bonus- en pensioenregeling
- Mogelijkheid om 32–40 uur per week te werken

- Uitgebreid persoonlijk ontwikkelprogramma (soft skills, coaching en inhoudelijke groei)
- Trainingen en opleidingen op maat
- Deelname aan conferenties, beurzen en kennissessies (o.a. Frontmania)
