Join a leading global financial institution and be part of the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team supporting Wealth Management operations. This role focuses on client due diligence, documentation reviews, and maintaining accurate client records while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Your new role
- Perform client lifecycle management activities, including client due diligence reviews and documentation validation.
- Review, update, and maintain client records and static data accurately.
- Process client requests in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Investigate and resolve documentation, data, or operational exceptions.
- Liaise with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and other stakeholders to support client-related activities.
- Ensure client information and records remain complete, accurate, and up to date.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with relevant internships or banking operations exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Banking Operations experience, preferably within middle-office or back-office functions.
- Hands-on experience in Client Onboarding, Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), document review, or client documentation processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume processing activities accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills to support internal stakeholder interactions and client documentation reviews.
