GTM Engineer
About the Role
We are a fast-growing, AI-native Go-To-Market agency based in Berlin, helping over 200 B2B tech companies across the DACH region generate qualified leads, scale revenue, and lower customer acquisition costs. Our work spans performance marketing, signal-based outreach, CRM integration, and workflow automation — all powered by modern AI tools.
As a GTM Engineer, you will own strategic projects end-to-end from day one — designing and building automated processes, working closely with data, and driving initiatives forward independently within a team of 30+ people.
What You'll Do
Own and execute strategic GTM engineering projects independently, from scoping through delivery.
Build and maintain automated workflows and processes using tools such as n8n, AI APIs, and similar automation platforms.
Collect, transform, and visualize data to support decision-making across GTM campaigns and client operations.
Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and design clean, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions.
Integrate and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting infrastructure.
Leverage AI tools actively to accelerate output and explore new applications in a GTM context.
Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, outreach, and client success teams.
What We're Looking For
Required:
AI-native mindset: You actively use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in your day-to-day work and are genuinely curious about their GTM applications.
Strong data skills: Comfortable with SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Looker Studio or Snowflake to derive actionable insights.
Bilingual: Fluent in German and English — both written and spoken — at a professional level.
Systems thinker: You proactively spot inefficiencies and architect technical solutions that are built to last.
1–3 years of relevant experience in a GTM engineering, marketing operations, sales ops, or related technical role.
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Clay.
Familiarity with B2B performance marketing channels (Google, LinkedIn) and outreach workflows.
Experience working in an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: €50,000 – €70,000 per year, depending on experience.
Ownership and autonomy from day one on meaningful, strategic projects.
Work within a collaborative, growth-oriented team of 30+ people.

Location
This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
