Marketing Operations Specialist (m/f/d)
About the Role at RobCo
RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're doing it fast. We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works.
As our Marketing Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you are the operational backbone of the marketing team. You make sure our data is clean, our tools work, our leads are routed correctly, and our campaigns are trackable end-to-end. This is a fully hands-on, execution-focused role - you'll be in the systems every day, not designing strategy from a distance. If something is broken, you fix it. If something can be automated, you build it.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Database Health
Own the end-to-end lead upload process across all channels - trade shows, campaigns, and inbound
Maintain CRM data quality: deduplication, enrichment, segmentation, and regular database audits
Build and manage lead routing workflows to ensure the right leads reach the right AEs at the right time
Own lead scoring models in collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership
Marketing Automation & Workflows
Build, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows across the full funnel - from first touch, over MQL handoff, to SQO handoff
Set up and maintain nurture sequences, trigger-based campaigns, and lifecycle programs
Manage tool integrations between marketing and sales tech stack
Reporting & Tracking
Own UTM structure, campaign tracking, and attribution reporting
Build and maintain dashboards that give Marketing and Leadership a clear, real-time view of pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and funnel health
Work closely with Revenue Operations on pipeline reporting, funnel attribution, and shared dashboards - ensuring Marketing and Sales speak the same data language
Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders
Tool Administration & Web Operations
Administer our core marketing tools (CRM, automation platform, analytics)
Own CMS updates and campaign-related landing pages; ensure our website is technically sound, up to date, and optimized for conversion
Evaluate and onboard new tools as the stack evolves
We're looking for someone who has:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related role - ideally in a B2B tech, industrial, or manufacturing-adjacent company
Deep working knowledge of at least one major CRM and marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
Strong analytical mindset: you are comfortable in data, dashboards, and attribution models
A builder mentality - you don't wait for things to be set up for you, you set them up yourself
Experience with event lead imports, list management, and database hygiene at scale
Fluent in both German and English - you'll work across our Munich and Austin teams and communicate with stakeholders in both languages daily
A genuine interest in AI and how it applies to your own work - we actively use AI tools to move faster and expect our team to do the same
Bonus: familiarity with the industrial automation, robotics, or Physical AI space
Why join RobCo?
We are at an inflection point. The category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics is being defined right now, and the decisions we make in the next 18 months will shape how the world understands and adopts Physical AI in manufacturing. Marketing Operations is not a support function here - it is infrastructure for growth.
Be part of building the operational backbone of a marketing team at a category-defining moment
Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Growth, and Leadership in a flat, fast-moving environment
Wellpass membership (7,200+ studios across Germany), regular team events, and a team that takes both the work and the culture seriously
Flexible working hours, a modern office, and - depending on the role - the option to work from home.
Regular team events - from relaxed beer & pizza nights on the rooftop terrace to shared experiences on ski trips or at Oktoberfest.
About RobCo
Founded in Munich in 2020, RobCo leads the transition toward fully Autonomous Industrial Robotics. Our mission is to deploy RobCo in every factory - solving the industrial labor shortage through end-to-end robotics that just works. Powered by Physical AI, our solutions combine a scalable modular hardware architecture with intelligent software that adapts to your use case, improves over time, and requires zero upfront investment through our Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) model.
We solve our customers' most pressing pain points - labor shortage, cost pressure, workplace safety, and national reshoring - across the full spectrum of Autonomous Industrial Robotics. With $160M raised from investors including Lightspeed, Lingotto Innovation, and Sequoia, 200+ people globally, and 2.5M+ operating hours in the field, we are deploying robots in factories across Europe and the United States - with our US operations headquartered in Austin, TX, and our RobCo Bay Area Demo Lab in San Francisco.
Don’t meet every single requirement? If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
At RobCo, applicants are selected regardless of ethnic origin, religion, gender, age, disability, or sexual orientation. All decisions throughout the recruitment process are based solely on applicants’ qualifications, skills, knowledge, and experience, as well as relevant business requirements.
