In dieser Rolle als Technical Lead Software & Data Solutions (w/m/d) übernehmen Sie die technische Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung moderner Software- und Datenplattformen und gestalten die technologische Ausrichtung aktiv mit. Sie entwickeln skalierbare Architekturen, treffen wegweisende Technologieentscheidungen und sorgen für nachhaltige, sichere und leistungsfähige Lösungen. Darüber hinaus führen Sie ein Engineering-Team fachlich, etablieren Best Practices und stellen eine hohe Qualität im gesamten Softwareentwicklungsprozess sicher. Die Umsetzung innovativer KI-, Cloud- und Datenlösungen treiben Sie gemeinsam mit internen Teams und Stakeholdern voran und gestalten damit die digitale Zukunft des Unternehmens aktiv mit.

Aufgaben
- Technische Gesamtverantwortung für die Architektur und Weiterentwicklung moderner Software- und Datenplattformen
- Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines interdisziplinären Engineering-Teams
- Steuerung des gesamten Softwareentwicklungsprozesses von der Konzeption bis zum Deployment
- Verantwortung für KI-, Cloud- und Datenlösungen sowie deren nachhaltige Integration
- Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards durch Best Practices, Code Reviews und kontinuierliche Optimierung
- Zusammenarbeit mit Product Management, Projektteams und Stakeholdern zur Entwicklung zukunftsfähiger Lösungen
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung sowie Erfahrung in einer technischen oder fachlichen Führungsrolle
- Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Softwarearchitekturen, Datenverarbeitung und aktueller Entwicklungsmethoden
- Erfahrung mit Python oder Perl, Linux, relationalen Datenbanken sowie Cloud- und Container-Technologien (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Git, CI/CD und Azure DevOps sowie KI-gestützten Entwicklungstools
- Analytische Denkweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Eigenverantwortung
