Junior IT- & KI-Spezialist (m/w/d) für E-Commerce, Automatisierung und Prozesse

Deine Rolle:
Du übernimmst Schritt für Schritt die operative Verantwortung für unsere digitalen Werkzeuge und Automatisierungen. Du wirst dabei nicht ins kalte Wasser geworfen: Unser technischer Leiter arbeitet dich persönlich und strukturiert ein und begleitet dich anschließend als Fractional CTO weiter. Du wächst so von Anfang an in eine Schlüsselrolle hinein und gestaltest mit, wie KI ein reales Geschäft trägt.
Aufgaben
- Du betreibst, pflegst und erweiterst unsere KI-Automatisierungen (teils LLM-basiert): Auswertungen, Auftrags- und Angebotsverarbeitung, Datenpipelines.
- Du entwickelst unseren Magento-Shop und die Schnittstellen zum ERP (SAP Business ByDesign) weiter.
- Du sicherst die Datenqualität bei Artikel-, Kunden- und Bestandsdaten, das Fundament jeder Automatisierung.
- Du baust eigenständig kleine Tools, Skripte und Schnittstellen.
- Du bist technischer Ansprechpartner für Vertrieb, Einkauf, Logistik und Datenteam: Die Abteilungen kennen ihre Prozesse am besten, du baust ihnen die passenden Werkzeuge.
- Das ist bewusst viel, und du übernimmst es nicht auf einmal: Am Anfang arbeitest du eng begleitet, dein eigenverantwortlicher Anteil wächst mit der Einarbeitung.
Qualifikation
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, E-Commerce, IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Auch motivierte Quereinsteiger mit echter Technik-Affinität sind willkommen.
- Grundkenntnisse in Python, JavaScript oder SQL und den Anspruch, KI- und LLM-Werkzeuge nicht nur zu benutzen, sondern zu beherrschen.
- Affinität zu E-Commerce und ein gutes Gespür für kaufmännische Abläufe und Prozessdenken.
- Eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität und Neugier, Neues schnell zu lernen.
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch (für Tools und Dokumentation).
