Praktikant Social Media & Content Creation (m/w/d)
Wir sind eine dynamische Online-Marketing-Agentur, die Marken hilft, auf Plattformen wie TikTok, Instagram und YouTube durchzustarten. Bei uns lernst du das Agenturgeschäft von der Pike auf kennen, begleitest echte Kundenprojekte und kannst deine eigenen kreativen Ideen sofort verwirklichen.
Aufgaben
- Content-Produktion: Unterstützung bei Konzeption, Dreh und Schnitt von Video-Inhalten (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) sowie Erstellung von Grafiken und Postings.
- Trend- & Plattform-Research: Aktives Scouten von aktuellen Trends, Audios und Formaten, um diese für unsere Kampagnen zu adaptieren.
- Redaktion & Community: Mitwirkung bei der Pflege von Redaktionsplänen und Begleitung des Community Managements (Interaktion mit Followern).
- Einblicke in die Praxis: Begleitung von Kundengesprächen, Shootings und strategischen Planungen zur Vorbereitung auf den Berufsalltag.
Qualifikation
- Echte Einblicke: Kein Kaffeekochen, sondern Hands-on-Mitarbeit in einem echten Agenturteam mit flachen Hierarchien und steiler Lernkurve.
- Mentoring: Feste Ansprechpartner, die dich unterstützen und fördern.
- Perspektive: Bei Eignung und gutem Verlauf besteht die Option auf eine Werkstudententätigkeit oder feste Übernahme nach dem Praktikum.
