Field Service Techniker (m/w/d) - 1439
Zur Verstärkung unseres Managed Service Teams suchen wir einen 1st & 2nd Level Field Service Techniker (m/w/d).
Aufgaben
- Durchführung von 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support direkt beim Kunden
- Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Clients, Notebooks, Druckern und Peripheriegeräten
- Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im Hard- und Softwarebereich
- Support von Windows-Arbeitsplätzen sowie Microsoft-Umgebungen
- Durchführung von Hardwareaustausch, Rollouts, Umzügen und IMAC-/IMACD-Services und Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service Desk/ Managed Service Team
- Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts an verschiedenen Kundenstandorten
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/ Studium in der IT oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
- Erfahrung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie im Umgang mit Windows-Clients und Standard-Hardware
- Idealerweise 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder Field Service
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Führerschein der Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft für Einsätze bei Kunden
