aureas baut die Search Engine für Grundstücke. Unterstützt von KI erstellen wir erste Machbarkeitsanalysen für unsere Kunden (Projektentwickler und Family Offices) und matchen hier Grundstück mit einem Produkt (Asset Klassen Wohnen, Parken, Hospitality, Sports uvm.) und errechnen Kosten und Rendite des Projekts.
Durch das Matching werden wir so zu DER zentralen Plattform für Immobilienentwicklug.
aureas liefert das Produkt mit dem stärksten Business Case — in Stunden statt Wochen. Wir verkaufen keine Software, sondern das Ergebnis: die Arbeit eines Projektmanagers zu halben Kosten und in zehnfacher Geschwindigkeit.
Aufgaben
Du baust das aureas Brain: ein Modell von allem, was die gebaute Umwelt berührt — Grundstücke und Bestand, Baurecht, Baukosten, Marktdaten, Systembauer. Darauf spezialisierte Agenten und einen Orchestrator, der weiß, was jede Projektphase braucht.
In den ersten zwölf Monaten: Datenquellen anbinden und aktuell halten, den Feasibility-Pfad von der bloßen Adresse bis zum gerankten Entwicklungsszenario end-to-end zum Laufen bringen, das Matching zwischen Fläche und Systembauprodukt bauen, Partnerportale anschließen.
Die Architektur darunter entscheidest du.
Qualifikation
Du bist die perfekte Mischung aus Architekt und Software Entwickler.
Du schreibst selbst Code, jeden Tag und verbessert das Produkt, kannst es aber von der Kundenseite denken.
Du bist tief in LLM- und Agentenarbeit, nicht auf Demo-Niveau. Und du hast einen Bezug zur Sache — ein Architekturstudium, das du gegen Code eingetauscht hast, Zeit in einer Projektentwicklung oder einem Planungsbüro.
