Job DescriptionResponsibilities

• Manage consolidation and preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, which includes performing analysis on results variances
• Prepare consolidated audit reports, with full compliance to the Group and Singapore regulatory financial reporting requirements and accounting standards
• Manage consolidation of annual budgets and forecasts and preparation of budget paper
• Manage the budgeting and financial planning process for the group, including detailed review and analysis on the submission
• Manage statutory filings including financial statements, tax and MAS compliance
• You are expected to deliver within tight deadlines.
• Other duties include involvement in year-end audit, preparation of reports and ad-hoc projects.
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in consolidation and financial reporting
• Experience in private equity real estate funds (Waterfall calculation, Net Assets Values calculations, yields, distributions, and other fund accounting) will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards SFRS(I)
• Experience with IBM Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics and SAP will be viewed favourably
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Liaison with Chinese stakeholders, proficiency in Mandarin is required
• Excellent team worker with strong analytical, communication, people-management and organisation skills
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
