About:
Sukoon is India's leading behavioral health platform, operating specialized mental health services across sectors. We are building a system of care that is structured, scalable, and measurable, with a focus on early intervention, team-based care, and clinical outcomes. Through Sukoon Hospitals, we deliver evidence-based inpatient and outpatient care across major cities. We have 5 facilities across Delhi NCR, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. We're on track to build 40 such facilities with 1200+ beds. Through Sukoon Workplace, we partner with organizations to bring structured mental health care to employees and their families, combining individual therapy, proactive detection, and systemwide insights. We have 30K employees in care and the ambition to scale this to 500K individuals.
Through Sukoon On Campus, we run full-stack mental health programs inside India's top universities, integrating education, detection, and treatment directly into the student journey. We have 15K students under our care and have our sights set at 500K students across India by 2032. Our approach is practical, data-driven, and built to deliver impact in high-pressure environments. Every intervention is tailored. Every outcome is tracked. Every person matters.
We're building a world-class mental health team, and we're looking for professionals who are sharp, grounded, and ready to push what good can look like for their patients. You'll be the on-ground content presence for our Bangalore and Hyderabad facilities - making content with our doctors, capturing real moments, and turning them into social that actually resonates.
What you will do:
1. Conceptualize and shoot content at the Bangalore and Hyderabad Sukoon facilities - on- ground, when it matters
2. Work directly with doctors and clinical staff to create content that is credible, warm, and watchable
3. Bring fresh ideas to every visit
4. Execute across formats - Reels, carousels, stories, behind-the-scenes - with a clear sense of what each one needs to feel right
5. Deliver clean, publish-ready edits independently wen required
6. Coordinate with the central brand and content team to ensure everything stays on- brand
7. Stay on top of trends without being enslaved to them - you know what's worth doing and what's just noise.
What you are great at
1. Spotting a great frame before anyone else in the room does
2. Editing short-form video confidently - CapCut, Reels editor, or equivalent; you know your way around a timeline
3. Making doctors and clinical staff feel at ease in front of a camera
4. Generating ideas that are both creative and executable within a clinical setting
5. Understanding what premium mental health content looks and feels like
6. Moving between shoots, edits, and coordination without dropping the ball
What you have done before:
1. 1–2 years creating and editing social media content - formally or as a serious side pursuit
2. Hands-on experience shooting and editing short-form video, on professional or mobile setups
3. Worked with or around healthcare, wellness, or purpose-driven brands is a plus
4. Created a portfolio or handle that shows your aesthetic sensibility, storytelling, and editing chops

2. Naturally curious about mental health
3. Comfortable in a hospital or clinical environment
4. Self-sufficient on a shoot - you can direct, frame, shoot, and deliver a first cut without hand-holding
5. You understand the sensitivity of the space you're working in
