We are a leading Singapore-based corporate services firm providing comprehensive business solutions to start-ups, SMEs, and corporate groups. As an ACRA-registered filing agent, we have supported thousands of businesses with company incorporation, corporate secretarial services, accounting, taxation, payroll, compliance, audit coordination, and business advisory services.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, laws, and industry requirements.
- Conduct KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and client due diligence reviews.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Review and maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
- Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and inspections.
- Provide compliance guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
- Identify, report, and elevate potential compliance issues and regulatory risks.
- Monitor regulatory developments and communicate relevant changes to the business.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or a related discipline.
- 3 years of compliance experience, preferably within a corporate services, professional services, financial services, or regulatory environment.
- Good understanding of Singapore regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML/CFT, and corporate compliance obligations.
