We’re rapidly scaling this impact: today, more than 2 million Verkada devices are deployed across 170+ countries.&nbsp;</p></div><h3>About the Role</h3> <p>As a Sr. GTM Recruiter in our London office, you will partner with our Solutions Engineering, Channel &amp; Marketing Leadership team to source, recruit and close talented sales professionals to join our world-class organization. We are one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley and in hyper-growth - our London office is scaling quickly! This role is vital to support our aggressive growth plans.&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own the full recruiting cycle from source to close for IC &amp; leadership roles across Solutions Engineering, Channel &amp; Marketing.</li> <li>Strategically and creatively source passive candidates.</li> <li>Partner with our teams to generate candidate referrals.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop relationships with GTM leadership to collaborate during the hiring process.</li> <li>Make compelling presentations to all candidates about Verkada and our different GTM organizations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide top notch candidate experience while as being a trusted internal business partner to our stakeholders.</li> <li>Work with your RC to manage the interview scheduling.</li> <li>Track and document candidate communications in ATS - Greenhouse.</li> <li>Plan and execute sales recruiting events, some travel required.</li> <li>Have fun and enjoy your contribution to growing an exciting company.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>4-7 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience: from source to close.
