Inbound Sales Team Leader
We're growing our Sales team and have created a new leadership role to help drive the next stage of growth based in Wiri, Manukau.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team focused on the SME market, driving growth through inbound and outbound sales activity, marketing campaigns, digital channels, and customer engagement. You'll play a key role in building team capability, increasing activity and conversion, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Drive activity, conversion, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Maximise opportunities from marketing campaigns and digital leads.
- Use data and insights to identify trends, prioritise opportunities, and improve performance.
- Build a positive, customer-focused, and safety-led culture.
About You
- Proven experience leading or coaching a sales team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and focus on the highest-value opportunities.
- Experienced managing a large customer portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about developing people, driving activity, and delivering results.
- Commercially minded with a strong customer focus and growth mindset.
