Your Role
As a JavaScript Developer (React.js), you will:
- Build robust and scalable web applications using React.js that make our platform easy and enjoyable to use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features that enhance user engagement.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability to support our global user base.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and best practices in web development to keep our applications cutting-edge.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Primary Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience with Vanilla JavaScript fundamentals.
- 2+ years of professional experience with React.js.
- Strong understanding of React concepts such as functional components, hooks, state management, context, and lifecycle methods.
- Experience with ES6+, HTML, CSS, and Redux (or similar state management libraries).
- Experience integrating REST-based third-party APIs.
- Familiarity with browser testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and clarify requirements independently.
- High attention to detail and strong visualization of UI/UX.
- Experience with code refactoring, optimization, and peer code reviews.
- Working knowledge of Webpack and Babel.
- Minimum 80% marks in both 10th and 12th standard.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience using Google Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights to improve frontend performance.
- Understanding of frontend build and deployment using Gulp.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for web applications.
- Familiarity with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Next.js and server-side rendering concepts.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with product and engineering teams.
- Experience working with asynchronous or distributed teams.
- Prior experience mentoring junior developers.
