- Ensure smooth coordination with customs authorities and accurate documentation for import/export transactions.
- Drive transparency in material tracking, consumption reporting, and job work accounting.
Inventory Excellence & Control
- Lead inventory accuracy, stock control, and reconciliation processes.
- Drive cycle counts, physical audits, and variance analysis with corrective actions.
- Implement best practices in FIFO/LIFO, ABC analysis, and inventory optimization.
Safety, Systems & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ISO standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001).
- Implement best practices like 5S, JIT, and efficient material handling systems.
- Play a key role in ERP/MRP implementation and digital transformation initiatives.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Impact
- Lead and develop the stores team with clear accountability and performance focus.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Drive structured processes, accountability, and continuous improvement culture.
