You'll partner with leaders across Technology, Enterprise Data, Risk, Compliance and the wider business to establish the frameworks, processes and capabilities that support data-driven decision making at scale.
Reporting to the Head of Data Platforms & Engineering, you'll lead a small global team and help drive a culture where data is accessible, well-managed and understood by those who rely on it. You'll have the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide strategy, uplift data literacy and establish the foundations that enable both current and future growth initiatives.

- Champion and evolve Pepperstone's data governance vision, driving adoption of best practices across the organisation.
- Lead and mature our Data Governance & Enablement function while coaching and developing a small global team.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to improve data ownership, accountability and decision-making.
- Drive the implementation and ongoing adoption of enterprise data governance capabilities including data cataloguing, lineage and quality management.
- Influence the way data is managed across the organisation by establishing frameworks, standards and operating models that balance governance with business agility.
- Help shape how Pepperstone manages critical data assets, ensuring they remain trusted, secure and fit for purpose.
- Build strong relationships across Technology, Enterprise Data, Risk and Compliance to support strategic initiatives and regulatory obligations.
- Lead governance forums, influence senior stakeholders and drive ongoing improvements in data maturity across the business.
- Promote data literacy and enable teams to confidently leverage data through education, community engagement and capability-building initiatives.
- Contribute to the future direction of enterprise data management as Pepperstone continues to scale globally.
About You
