Agent(e) Méthodes - Outillage (contrat ou permanent)

L’agent méthodes – outillage travaillera en collaboration avec le département de production, le groupe de soutien aux méthodes et le département d’ingénierie. Son rôle principal sera d’analyser les demandes d’outillage afin de trouver des solutions technologiques qui amélioreront les performances d’assemblage.
The Tooling Methods Agent will work closely with the Production, Manufacturing Methods Support, and Engineering departments. The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze tooling requests and develop technological solutions that improve assembly efficiency and performance.
LES TÂCHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR 🎯
- Mettre à jour et coordonner les échéanciers et les informations des différentes demandes d’outillages / projets et informer les parties impliquées
- Participer, avec les concepteurs d’outils, à la définition des concepts d’outils
- Émettre des instructions de commande pour permettre aux fournisseurs internes & externes de fabriquer des outils selon les conceptions données
- Gérer et suivre des coûts des projets
- Accompagner et supporter les fournisseurs internes & externes lors de la fabrication de l’outillage
- Inspecter les outillages pour s’assurer de leur conformité aux dessins avant livraison en production et soutenir les opérations lors du premier essai des gabarits
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 🎯
- Update and coordinate schedules and information related to various tooling requests and projects and communicate progress to all stakeholders.
- Participate with tooling designers in defining tooling concepts.
- Issue purchase/work orders to enable internal and external suppliers to manufacture tooling according to the approved designs.
- Manage and monitor project costs.
- Support and coordinate with internal and external suppliers throughout the tooling manufacturing process.
- Inspect tooling to ensure compliance with engineering drawings prior to release to production and support production operations during the first trial of jigs and fixtures.
VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL À NOTRE REUSSITE 💎
- DEC en génie mécanique ou en aéronautique ou expérience équivalent;
- 5 ans d’expérience dans un environnement manufacturier
- 5 ans d’expérience en tant qu’agent méthodes
- Connaissance Catia V5 et/ou NX (atout)
- Maitrise de la langue française et bonne utilisation de la langue anglaise (fournisseurs anglophones)
- Expérience manuelle dans le domaine de l’outillage spécialisé
YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS 💎
- DEC (College Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Methods Agent / Manufacturing Methods Technician.
- Knowledge of CATIA V5 and/or Siemens NX is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in French and good working knowledge of English (to communicate with English-speaking suppliers).
- Hands-on experience with specialized tooling.
