Senior Software Engineer - AI Development (m/w/d)

Für ein etabliertes Berliner Softwareunternehmen suchen wir einen erfahrenen Softwareentwickler, der genau diese Arbeitsweise in ein bestehendes Entwicklungsteam einbringt.
Das Unternehmen entwickelt geschäftskritische Softwarelösungen für eine Unternehmensgruppe. Die Softwarelandschaft wurde in den vergangenen Jahren umfassend modernisiert und basiert heute unter anderem auf Java, Spring Boot und Angular sowie modernen Architektur- und Entwicklungsstandards.
Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst moderne Webanwendungen und neue Features mit einem konsequent KI-gestützten Entwicklungsansatz.
- Du setzt Coding Agents produktiv ein und nutzt sie über verschiedene Phasen des Entwicklungsprozesses hinweg.
- Du entwickelst Prototypen und produktionsreife Lösungen in kurzen Entwicklungszyklen.
- Du arbeitest an bestehenden Anwendungen und entwickelst Architektur und Codebasis kontinuierlich weiter.
- Du identifizierst Bereiche, in denen KI Entwicklungsprozesse sinnvoll beschleunigen oder automatisieren kann.
- Du etablierst gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung und dem bestehenden Entwicklerteam moderne KI-gestützte Entwicklungsprozesse.
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung
- Sehr gutes Verständnis moderner Webentwicklung und Softwarearchitektur
- Praktische Erfahrung mit KI-gestützter Softwareentwicklung und Coding Agents
- Erfahrung darin, mit KI eigenständig größere Features, Anwendungen oder Prototypen umzusetzen
- Sicheres Verständnis von Codequalität, Testing und wartbarer Software
- Erfahrung mit modernen Webtechnologien und mindestens einer etablierten Programmiersprache
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für die tägliche Zusammenarbeit im Team
Besonders interessant ist dein Profil, wenn du bereits intensiv mit Tools wie Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot oder vergleichbaren Lösungen arbeitest.
Kenntnisse in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes oder CI/CD sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss. Entscheidend ist, dass du professionelle Softwareentwicklung beherrschst und gleichzeitig verstanden hast, wie stark Coding Agents den Entwicklungsprozess heute verändern können. Das bestehende technische Umfeld umfasst unter anderem Java 21, Spring Boot 3, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes und GitLab CI/CD.
