Aufgaben
Was ist Dein Beitrag?
- Du unterstützt unsere Projektteams bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben und sorgst dafür, dass Projekte effizient und strukturiert umgesetzt werden.
- Du wirkst im Projektcontrolling, -monitoring und -reporting mit, erstellst Auswertungen, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche und unterstützt bei Forecasts sowie der Projektplanung.
- Du übernimmst die Administration und Pflege von Projektdaten, Unterlagen, Präsentationen und Projektdokumentationen und bereitest Meetings professionell vor und nach.
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Prüfung von Rechnungen sowie bei der Koordination vertraglicher und organisatorischer Abläufe im Projektgeschäft.
- Du begleitest das On- und Offboarding von internen und externen Projektmitarbeitenden und koordinierst die Bereitstellung relevanter Unterlagen.
- Du arbeitest im Sales Support mit, unterstützt bei Angeboten, Präsentationen und internen Auswertungen und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsaktivitäten bei.
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Projektteams, internen Fachbereichen und externen Ansprechpartnern und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.
- Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse und Tools und erhältst dabei spannende Einblicke in PMO, Business Development und die Steuerung von IT-Consulting-Projekten.
Qualifikation
Wer bist Du?
- Eine motivierte Persönlichkeit mit Interesse an Projektmanagement, Projektcontrolling und organisatorischen Aufgaben.
- Du hast Freude daran, Daten auszuwerten, Prozesse zu strukturieren und Projekte organisatorisch zu unterstützen.
- Du arbeitest sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.
- Idealerweise konntest Du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Projektumfeld, Controlling oder in administrativen Tätigkeiten sammeln.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und bringst Dich mit eigenen Ideen aktiv ins Team ein.
- Kommunikation fällt Dir leicht – sowohl intern als auch mit externen Ansprechpartnern.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.
