Product Marketing Manager
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market activities across our aviation software portfolio in the EMEA region.
You will own how technically complex products are positioned, differentiated, and sold into a specialist buyer landscape including airlines, airports, MROs and CAMOs. Success requires translating deep domain and product complexity into commercially sharp narratives - and equipping sales to win competitive, multi[1]stakeholder deals.
This role sits deliberately at the product/sales interface. It is not a campaigns, content-calendar, brand, or demand-generation role.
ABOUT OASES:
Our Aviation group delivers mission-critical software solutions that empower airlines, airports, and aviation service providers to operate efficiently and safely. From maintenance planning and flight operations to compliance and resource management, our products enable customers to optimize performance, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
As part of a global network of specialized software companies, our aviation teams operate with entrepreneurial agility while benefiting from shared expertise, innovation, and best practices across the wider Valsoft group.
ABOUT TAG SOFTWARE GROUP:
TAG Software Group is a team of experienced investors and operators dedicated to acquiring, enhancing, and growing mission-critical software companies serving SMB, enterprise, and public sector customers.
Founded as part of a permanent home for software companies, we don’t buy to sell. Our focus is on long-term partnerships that protect your legacy, employees, and customers.
Our in-house team delivers an efficient, transparent, and seller-friendly process, ensuring speed and certainty of close. Once part of TAG, your company gains access to proven best practices, dedicated value-creation resources, and the extended ecosystem of our sister companies, including proprietary in-house technology including and — helping your business reach the next level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches and enhancements, from positioning through to sales readiness and adoption tracking.
• Define product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation against named category competitors.
• Build sales enablement that changes win rates: battlecards, objection-handling guides, discovery frameworks, ROI/value narratives, and technical-to-commercial translation for executive buyers.
• Partner with Product and Sales teams to align feedback, market trends, and product roadmap.
• Run structured competitive and market analysis and turn it into positioning and enablement decisions.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to align campaigns with product objectives.
• Support the commercial narrative behind webinars, case studies, and product content (Growth Marketing owns execution and demand generation).
• Measure launch success through adoption, leads, and market feedback.
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing or sales enablement.
• Demonstrable track record marketing technically complex or specialist software to expert buyers.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market planning and sales enablement.
• Proven ability to run competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis and convert it into positioning that sales actually use.
• Comfort operating in a domain with technical depth and long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles; regulated-industry, engineering, or infrastructure software backgrounds are strongly preferred.
• Track record influencing product roadmap and sales strategy, not just producing collateral.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience/knowledge of the aviation industry or other technical and regulated sectors.
WHY JOIN US:
• Join a global aviation software group with a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Work fully remotely within the UK with a supportive international team.
• Opportunities for career growth in a fast-scaling environment.
• Exposure to modern marketing technologies and high-impact projects.
