Your Profile

Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing will be considered an asset.
Availability to work in a shift-based schedule, including 2-3 late shifts per week.

Your Role

As a Junior Procurement Process Specialist, you will support procurement operations and ensure the smooth execution of purchasing processes for our client. You will act as the first point of contact for stakeholders and suppliers, providing professional support related to procurement activities, purchase orders, and process-related inquiries. This role combines operational procurement support, customer service, and stakeholder collaboration in a dynamic international environment.

Please note that this position requires working in shifts, including 2-3 late shifts per week.
