Position Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to support the delivery of digital marketing strategies across both Bay Audiology and Dilworth Hearing, in order to grow lead-generation, brand awareness and deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to support all digital marketing activities including website, paid media, SEO and social media
- Partner with corporate teams and external media, creative and SEO agencies to optimise performance across digital channels
- Build relationships with Amplifon corporate & global digital marketing, brand and content teams
- Monitor social media channels (including outside standard hours), responding to queries and engaging with users
- Create and manage ongoing organic social media plans, including content creation, publishing and artwork design
- Ensure all content is relevant, on brand, compliant and up to date, maintaining high standards of brand management
- Support website updates including landing pages, campaign updates, offers and terms & conditions
- Troubleshoot digital issues and work with key stakeholders to resolve them
- Support digital performance reporting, including building dashboards, analysing data and identifying optimisation opportunities
- Prepare and present performance insights, trends and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support broader marketing activities including agency briefing, partnerships, events, local marketing and general team support
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in social media account management
- Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Knowledge of owned and paid digital marketing channels e.g. SEO, SEM, Social, Website, Display, Programmatic and OLV.
- Experience with digital segmentation, targeting, testing and optimisation tools
- Familiar with analytics tools, tracking and attribution, reporting tools, e.g. GA4, Adobe Analytics, Power BI

Education and Experience Required:
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing with an interest or background in digital marketing
- Degree Qualification in Marketing or Business
