Wir suchen Dich als Influencer Marketing Manager:in (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Teams. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unsere Kooperationen mit Marken und Influencer:innen – vom Scouting über die Verhandlung bis zur Erfolgsmessung. Wir sind Gentlemen's, ein Startup aus Heidelberg, das seit 2020 den Markt für Männermode unsicher macht. Da wir stark wachsen, suchen wir neue Talente für unser Team, die motiviert sind, mit uns die E-Commerce Brand Gentlemen's groß zu machen.
Aufgaben
Deine Aufgaben drehen sich rund um unsere Kooperationen mit Marken und Influencer:innen – von der ersten Recherche bis zur Erfolgsmessung. Du arbeitest dabei eng mit unserem Performance Marketing und dem restlichen Team zusammen.
- Du recherchierst und scoutest passende Influencer:innen und Marken für Kooperationen.
- Du planst, verhandelst und betreust Kooperationen von der Anfrage bis zum fertigen Content.
- Du briefst Kooperationspartner:innen und stellst sicher, dass Content zu unserer Markenkommunikation passt.
- Du analysierst und verantwortest KPIs wie Reichweite, Engagement und Conversion der Kooperationen.
- Du baust und pflegst langfristige Beziehungen zu Influencer:innen und Kooperationspartner:innen.
- Du behältst den Überblick über Budgets, Verträge und Timelines mehrerer Kooperationen gleichzeitig.
Qualifikation
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Leidenschaft & Interesse für den E-Commerce Markt und Social Media
- Du hast ein Gefühl für ansprechende Markenkommunikation und ein gutes Auge für passende Kooperationspartner:innen
- Du verhandelst gerne und behältst dabei stets die Interessen von Gentlemen's im Blick
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten – sowohl online als auch offline
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und bist in der Lage, mehrere Kooperationen gleichzeitig zu koordinieren
- Du bist engagiert, kontaktfreudig und behältst auch bei vielen parallelen Absprachen den Überblick
