You’ll be working in-person in your HQ in London where you will constantly be pushed out of your comfort zone. To ensure a never ending growth curve, we provide you with: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Opportunity of having a real impact in a fast-growing business - You’ll be getting operational experience in a start-up where both your work and the results are highly tangible and matter to the business.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Inspiration and guidance - A chance to work within a highly talented and motivated team.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Invaluable transferable skills - boost your technical, interpersonal, organisation and project management skills through experience and training.</li> </ul> Your Responsibilities Responsibilities in this job will vary however, they will be mostly centred around: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Improving the overall performance of our Wordpress website.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Developing an exceptional platform for the effective sharing of information between our business and the key stakeholders that we are targeting. </li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Optimising the structure and display of existing and new information on our website.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Working cross functionally to identify and tackle business needs to drive its growth.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Quickly and effectively supporting our teams through any technical difficulties that they may experience.</li> </ul> What we expect from you We are looking for a person to take full ownership over our Website’s management. Thus, extensive knowledge of Wordpress is required - please share some examples of your work, we would love to see that! Furthermore, we are looking for candidates who: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Have a relentless drive and desire to be the very best at what they do;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Possess and unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Take ownership of everything they do, are proactive and follow through on commitments;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Are an excellent communicator (especially) verbally and in writing;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Are well-organised and display the ability to structure and prioritise their work.</li> </ul> Startdate Flexible Monday - Friday we work from our office (next to Victoria Station) and do not offer remote work.
