Corporate Banking Product Manager (S$8,000)
Join a dynamic team to enhance customer onboarding and KYC processes, leading innovative product development from inception to launch. This role is focused on collaboration and strategy to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations, to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Engage in projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) related to new functions and improvements of online banking services.
- Formulate and implement product strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue objectives.
- Conduct periodic reviews and updates of policies and procedures.
- Provide training sessions for business teams on new products and product optimizations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the team lead.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional qualifications combined with relevant experience will also be taken into account.
- 3–5 years of experience with strong exposure in Corporate Banking products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently, organize tasks, and engage with business partners or service providers.
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and efficient in delivering results.
