
Executive Assistant: Strategic and Operations Support
The position provides strategic and operational support, ensuring effective coordination of business priorities, projects, stakeholder relationships, and executive initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chairman in managing strategic initiatives and business priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and monitor progress against agreed timelines.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, dashboards, and management summaries.
- Conduct research, gather market intelligence, and analyze information to support decision-making.
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of action items and deliverables.
- Assist in business planning, budgeting, and performance tracking activities.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, consultants, investors, government authorities, and business partners as required.
- Attend meetings, record key decisions, and monitor implementation of agreed actions.
- Support the evaluation and execution of new business opportunities and special projects.
- Review and streamline administrative and operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Manage confidential business information and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Represent the executive office in interactions with internal and external stakeholders when required.
Qualifications/Key Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or MEP Engineering, along with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Support, Project Coordination, or similar role.
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with numbers, budgets, and financial information.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, confidentiality, grit, and perseverance.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Demonstrates emotional maturity, empathy, sound judgment, attention to detail and the ability to understand and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
