
Entry Level Finance & Accounting Graduate Position

Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
Reporting to the NZ Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance function across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and month-end processes.Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing accounts payable and receivable invoices
- Following up outstanding customer balances via phone and email
- Completing payment runs
- Managing customer and supplier account applications
- Responding to billing and payment enquiries
- Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintaining general ledger entries
- Assisting with month-end and year-end close activities
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administration and finance tasks
- This role offers excellent exposure across a broad range of finance activities and is ideal for someone wanting to gain hands-on accounting experience.

- A recent qualification in Finance, Accounting or Commerce
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exposure to, or experience using, Xero or similar accounting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
