Your Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead ICSS (Integrated Control and Safety Systems) projects for the execution of medium to large size and complex E-House, Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind projects with international clients. You will ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB’s policy, framework, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.
Work model is: Hybrid , Onsite
- Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
- Providing leadership and active involvement in continuous improvement and simplification.
- Supporting local Sales and Tendering through early involvement in tenders.
- Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
- Defining, jointly with Project Controller, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans according to ABB management Framework.
- You are highly skilled in handling project teams and ability to engage and motivate people of different cultures.
- Ability to demonstrate your knowledge and experience in other functions like Engineering, supply chain management along with strong project management skills.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge in handling complex E-house, Electrifications and Automation projects within Oil and Gas, Offshore, FPSO, etc.
- Degree in Engineering with around 15 years or more of project management experience in Automation Field.
- You are at ease communicating in English and has good collaboration and presentation skills.
