SUMMARYWe are seeking an experienced Silicon Process Integration Engineer to support the development, qualification, transfer, and sustaining of advanced silicon technologies that enable Qorvo’s product roadmap and manufacturing objectives. This Singapore-based role requires deep technical expertise in silicon process integration and hands‑on experience resolving complex integration, yield, and reliability challenges from development through high-volume manufacturing. The engineer will work closely with external foundries and cross‑functional teams across global locations to ensure successful technology execution and deployment. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as this role operates within an international, multicultural environment requiring flexible work hours to support global team engagement. English fluency is required; additional language capabilities are valued.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES- Drive silicon process integration to achieve performance, yield, and reliability targets.
- Resolve complex integration and yield issues using data‑driven analysis and structured problem solving.
- Partner with external foundries to develop, qualify, transfer, and sustain silicon processes.
- Collaborate with design, product engineering, quality, reliability, and manufacturing teams across global sites.
- Support technology execution through development, qualification, production ramp, and sustaining phases.
- Communicate technical status, risks, and recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong background in silicon process integration and semiconductor technology.
- Proven ability to solve complex integration, yield, and reliability challenges supporting silicon technologies across the full product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working with external foundries preferred.
- English fluency required; additional language skills are aplus.
- Ability to work effectively across international teams andtimezones.
- BSin Engineering required;MS orPhDpreferred.
- 5+yearsof relevantsemiconductor process integration experience.
