Regional Commercial Director, APACAs the Regional Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the sales and marketing activities of the assigned business unit within APAC Region. You will work with the Asia Pacific Senior Leadership team to set the strategic business direction and plans to achieve/exceed the sales and marketing objectives and be a vital contributor to the future growth of the business.
- Provide the sales and marketing teams with the leadership and direction needed to achieve the sales, margin and market share goals.
- Set direction for business opportunities. Seek new growth opportunities through new products.
- Direct the activities of the business unit for the achievement of short and long-term business objectives.
- Prepare accurate budgets, reports and forecasts
- Challenge the teams to think strategically and motivate to achieve top performance.
- Capitalize on significant growth potential in emerging markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering or Business preferred.
- Sound medical device industry and product knowledge
- A proven track record in leading a successful sales and marketing team
- Strong problem solver
- Skills in leading, inspiring and engaging people to produce high-quality results
- An outstanding, enthusiastic relationship builder with high emotional intelligence
