Au sein d'un établissement accueillant des personnes âgées, vous contribuez à leur bien-être et à la continuité des soins - Vous dispensez les soins d'hygiène et de confort dans le respect des protocoles établis - Vous accompagnez les résidents et résidentes dans les actes essentiels de la vie quotidienne - Vous participez à la surveillance de l'état de santé et transmettez vos observations à l'équipe soignante

- Vous détenez le Diplôme d'État d'Aide-Soignant ou une qualification équivalente reconnue
- Vous assurez des soins d'hygiène et de confort avec rigueur et bienveillance
- Vous faites preuve d'écoute, de patience et de respect envers chaque résident·e
- Vous collaborez efficacement avec les équipes soignantes et respectez les protocoles d'établissement
