About the Role:
As a Delivery Lead Consultant at V2, you will play a critical role in our mission to unlock transformative value through experience-led and data-driven solutions. Our approach blends agility, creativity, and cutting-edge technology to re-invent user experiences and build intelligent platforms. You will be joining a forward-thinking environment where you will oversee program leadership, drive software development initiatives, and ensure that we deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. By leveraging your deep technical expertise and strong leadership skills, you will facilitate collaboration across design, engineering, and data insights, creating modernized ways of working that empower our teams and our clients. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data and digital projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and V2 strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues proactively.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain project momentum and team engagement.
- Monitor project performance using relevant metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in project management or consultancy within the Information Technology or digital services industry.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading agile project teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Technical expertise in software development processes and digital solutions delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
