
Retail Cleaning Expert (Part-time) - Hatton Garden

As a Multi-site Cleaning Expert, you play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our different shops and locations across Hatton Garden, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our team and customers. You work effectively with all departments and communicate openly. You contribute to the overall well-being of our spaces, reflecting the same attention to detail and care that we instil in crafting our jewellery. Your responsibilities extend beyond routine cleaning, encompassing a proactive approach to enhancing the aesthetics and hygiene of the Group locations, significantly impacting the overall experience of everyone who walks through our doors. Your contributions are integral to our journey.
- Proven experience as a commercial cleaner, preferably in a multi-site setting.
- Knowledge of commonly used cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and adaptive cleaning across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, prioritising a safe environment.
- Perform dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Manage cleaning products, order supplies, and maintain inventory.
- Dispose of garbage and wash kitchen napkins, floor rags, and dusters.
- Address minor maintenance tasks.
- Support retail operations when required.
- Develop and implement a cleaning schedule that accounts for high-traffic areas and hygiene requirements.
- Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests and emergencies.
- Maintain open communication with team members to address site-specific cleaning needs or challenges.
- Part-time - 5 days a week - Tue to Sat Mornings (7.30 am to 12 pm) - £15ph
