verstehst die Bedürfnisse unserer Nutzer, hinterfragst Annahmen und validierst deine Konzepte – damit am Ende Lösungen entstehen, die im echten Arbeitsalltag funktionieren
entwickelst gemeinsam mit Produktmanagement und Entwicklung aus Kundenanforderungen UX-Konzepte, Informationsarchitekturen, Design-Lösungen und User Flows, die komplexe Aviation-Prozesse einfach und logisch machen
setzt KI-Tools aktiv ein, um schneller von der Idee zum Konzept zu kommen – Varianten explorieren, Prototypen erzeugen, Design-Entscheidungen absichern
entwickelst unser Design System weiter, pflegst Komponenten und Tokens und sorgst für ein einheitliches Erscheinungsbild über alle Produkte hinweg
prüfst mit der Entwicklung die technische Umsetzbarkeit deiner Konzepte und begleitest die Implementierung bis zum Ergebnis
übernimmst schrittweise die gestalterische Verantwortung für das Design einzelner Produkte – bis hin zur vollen Eigenverantwortung

bringst Erfahrung im UI/UX-Design mit, idealerweise für datenintensive, technische B2B-Anwendungen
bist sicher in Figma – das ist dein tägliches Werkzeug
kennst dich aus mit Informationsarchitektur, User Flows und der Arbeit an bzw. mit einem Design System
integrierst KI-Tools (z. B. Claude, Figma AI & Co.) produktiv in deinen Design-Alltag
verwandelst komplexe, technische Anforderungen in einfache, überzeugende Konzepte
hast ein Studium in Interface-Design, Human-Computer-Interaction oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich – oder gleichwertige praktische Erfahrung
kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
hast idealerweise ein Grundverständnis von HTML/CSS – ein Plus, aber kein Muss
arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und teamorientiert
