Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections
- Prepare and serve food items according to established standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Manage transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, adhering to food safety standards
- Restock supplies and ensure all food preparation areas are organized and hygienic
- Handle cash register operations accurately, including basic math calculations for change
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and quality
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Knowledge of POS systems, including Micros POS, is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, or kitchen operations is advantageous

Une expérience préalable dans un restaurant ou dans le secteur des services alimentaires est un atout, mais n’est pas obligatoire, puisque la formation sera fournie. Ce poste offre une excellente occasion de développer des compétences en manipulation des aliments, en service à la caisse et en service à la clientèle.
Responsabilités
- Accueillir chaleureusement les clients et les aider dans leurs choix au menu.
- Préparer et servir les aliments conformément aux normes établies.
- Utiliser les systèmes de point de vente (PDV), notamment Micros POS, afin de traiter les commandes avec précision et d’effectuer les transactions en espèces.
- Effectuer les transactions efficacement tout en offrant un excellent service à la clientèle.
- Proposer des articles supplémentaires du menu afin d’améliorer l’expérience client et d’augmenter les ventes.
- Maintenir la propreté et l’hygiène du comptoir en respectant les normes de salubrité alimentaire.
- Réapprovisionner les fournitures et veiller à ce que les espaces de préparation des aliments soient propres, organisés et hygiéniques.
- Effectuer avec précision les opérations à la caisse, notamment les calculs de base pour rendre la monnaie.
- Veiller au respect des procédures appropriées de manipulation des aliments afin d’assurer leur sécurité et leur qualité.
- Participer aux tâches d’ouverture et de fermeture selon les besoins.
Qualifications
- Une expérience préalable dans le secteur des services alimentaires ou dans un restaurant est un atout, mais n’est pas obligatoire.
- Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle et attitude chaleureuse et courtoise.
- La connaissance des systèmes de point de vente (PDV), notamment Micros POS, constitue un atout.
- Bonnes compétences en calcul de base pour effectuer les transactions et manipuler les espèces avec précision.
- Capacité à gérer efficacement son temps dans un environnement de travail dynamique.
- Connaissance des normes de salubrité, d’hygiène et de manipulation sécuritaire des aliments.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes et à effectuer efficacement des tâches répétitives.
- Une expérience en préparation des aliments, en service, à la caisse ou dans les opérations de cuisine constitue un atout.
