
Manager, Student Experience and Development
NTU PACE is seeking a Manager for Student Experience and Development. This role involves coordinating and supporting various activities, working collaboratively with relevant NTU Offices, Colleges, and Schools to enhance NTU’s capacity and capability for educating PGC students. The incumbent will also be responsible for streamlining processes and workflows, as well as developing services and support aimed at enriching the development and overall experience of the expanding self-financed postgraduate population.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Student Engagement and Support: To develop strategies and initiatives that foster student development, engagement, well-being, and overall satisfaction.
Process Coordination and Support: To coordinate and improve the efficiency of key processes and workflows. This includes the management of application, admission, enrollment, course offerings, internships, attachments, job placements, and accommodations.
Facilitating student service and support: To coordinate and facilitate the expansion of services that contribute to PGC students' academic and skills development, career and internship preparation, time and stress management, social engagement, and overall mental health and holistic well-being.
Administrative Support: To provide general administrative support to Senior Management (e.g., scheduling, correspondence, record-keeping), and manage team communications to ensure smooth information flow.
Collaboration and Communication: To liaise with relevant departments and stakeholders to improve the student experience and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in student life, support, and development.
Possesses strong communication skills and problem-solving skills with good time management.
Able to handle stress and passionate in assisting students.
Experience in counselling and mentoring will be an advantage.
Possesses a “can-do” attitude, ability to work fast and independently.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
