Driving and Cleaning Assistant
Ekpen Services Ltd is seeking a reliable and dedicated Driving and Cleaning Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is vital to maintaining the smooth operation of our daily business activities by ensuring that company vehicles are driven safely and efficiently, while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness both inside and outside the vehicles as well as within company premises. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a keen eye for cleanliness, and a proactive attitude towards maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. The position requires someone who can manage multiple tasks, including timely transportation of staff or goods, thorough cleaning duties, and routine vehicle maintenance checks. As a Driving and Cleaning Assistant, you will be expected to represent Ekpen Services Ltd professionally and contribute to a positive organizational image through your work ethics and appearance. This role plays a crucial part in supporting various departments by providing reliable transport services and ensuring all areas under your purview are hygienic and presentable. We welcome candidates who are disciplined, punctual, and motivated to contribute positively in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating flexibility and attentiveness to the company's needs.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, clients, or goods as required.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of company vehicles both inside and out.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises and designated work areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
- Ensure timely arrival and departure to meet schedules and deadlines.
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials or equipment as needed.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver and cleaner or in a similar role.
- Ability to operate and maintain vehicles responsibly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good time management skills and punctuality.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
