Senior Logistics Specialist
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Monitor daily warehouse (DC) operations and inventory status
- Check operational performance and consolidate monthly data
- Support stocktaking (stores and warehouse), inventory adjustments, returns, and transfers
- Maintain and update warehouse system (WMS) master data
2. Import & Customs Support
- Track inbound shipments and share schedules internally
- Review shipping documents and support customs clearance processes
- Coordinate with forwarders and customs brokers
- Handle urgent shipments (e.g., FedEx)
3. Domestic Logistics Operations
- Coordinate outbound shipments to stores and B2B partners
- Manage store supplies and replenishment orders
- Support e-commerce operations (shipment, returns, stock movement)
- Handle price updates, labeling, and tagging requests
4. Reporting & Administrative Tasks
- Prepare receiving, inventory, and KPI reports
- Update and consolidate logistics data
- Review logistics-related invoices (warehouse, shipping, import)
- Liaise with the finance team
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with MD, Retail, Finance, and HQ teams
- Support issue resolution in day-to-day operations
■ Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Basic knowledge of import and warehouse processes
- Fluent business-level English (reading/writing)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
